Placed an online order 8/18/21. Almost a month and a half later and I still haven't received my order. Just says shipped not delivered on my account page. Wasn't given a tracking number when it shipped so I don't even know where it's at. Have sent multiple emails about this and can't even get a reply. Money wasted and have nothing to show for it.

A huge thanks to John & Mike in Service. You both, and your crew, got us back on the road. To those of you out there in need of service, do not hesitate Pascale got us in exceptionally fast, identified and fixed our problem for what I thought was an incredibly fair price. They were even kind enough to hand it back to us cleaner than we brought it in!!! Thanks again to all of you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

2/20/18 Let me start by saying this first, do not buy any parts from this company they will cheat you and change the prices as you are checking out while on the phone with them and then they will tell you” well I can’t lose money on this part because of a mistake my web guy made, I’ll go out of business.” I googled a part I needed. On Google this particular store came up as having what I needed at $176.53 ,if you Google the part now, it is still on There at that price, part number 3691282. 4th listing down. After calling back a second time a little frustrated with the fact that I couldn’t get the part at the price advertised on Google, they offered it to me at $240.00 which is their cost. The guy tells me. I myself am a business owner if I made this mistake on my website it would be a mistake and I would honor the price that was listed, however this company doesn’t do that. If you need any truck parts I highly recommend you go somewhere else and not deal with such a shady dishonest company like PSC parts store out of Rhode Island. There are a lot of reputable companies on the Internet you can go to get a good deal with and get them at the price advertised. At the end of the day

Very disappointed. Went in to buy a fuel tank and specifically asked the parts department if there was anything else I needed and was told no. Now I open the box and there is no fuel cap or plug. Why wasn't i told that the cap and plug are sold separately? Why wouldn't the service department up-sell your products? Now i have a fuel tank with no plug or cap. I am very unhappy. When I called back today I was told, " I'm lucky she even answered the phone for me". I have never been so insulted before. That is the worst customer service ever. I will never go back there and will go somewhere else from now on. You just lost out on a very good customer. I suggest you teach your employees better customer service skills.
